Mark Zaeske oversees the accounting and finance department, which includes management and client accounting, FP&A and tax, the operations functions and IT, which includes applications development, cybersecurity and infrastructure. Mr. Zaeske joined OHA after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of HSBC North America and the Head of Finance at Bridgewater Associates. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Discover Financial Services and in several senior finance positions at JPMorgan Chase, including as the CFO of four different business units. Mr. Zaeske also previously served as the Treasurer of AIG SunAmerica, Inc. and as the Assistant Treasurer of Citigroup, following the merger with Travelers Group. He began his career as a public accountant at KPMG. Mr. Zaeske received an M.B.A. in Finance with highest honors from the University of Chicago and a B.B.A. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin.
