Mark Zaeske is responsible for the management accounting and finance, client accounting, and tax functions and has oversight of the operations, IT and applications development departments. He serves on several of the firm’s committees and as the Chair of the Risk Committee. Mr. Zaeske joined OHA after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of HSBC North America and the Head of Finance at Bridgewater Associates. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Discover Financial Services, in several senior finance positions at JPMorgan Chase including as the CFO of four different business units, as the Treasurer of AIG SunAmerica and as the Assistant Treasurer of Citigroup following the merger with Travelers Group. Mr. Zaeske began his career as a public accountant at KPMG. He received an M.B.A. in Finance with highest honors from the University of Chicago and a B.B.A. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin.
