Business Team

Joseph Castilla works in the areas of investor relations and new business development. Prior to joining OHA, Mr. Castilla worked at CIFC Asset Management as a Vice President on the Sales and Product Specialist groups, covering liquid and structured credit investments. Previously, he worked at Aberdeen Asset Management as an Associate on the Credit Investment Research team and at Lord, Abbett & Co. as a Market Research Analyst. Mr. Castilla currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United States of Readers. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Vassar College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
