Business Team

Mark Bowles has primary responsibility for treasury and cash management activities at OHA. He also serves on the treasury, risk and counterparty risk committees. Mr. Bowles most recently worked as the Head of Capital Strategy and Structuring at Barclays PLC and previously held a number of finance and treasury roles at HSBC, including U.S. Head of Capital Management and U.S. Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. He earned a B.S. in Money, Banking and Finance from The University of Birmingham and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer.
