Sri Santhanam is focused on elevating OHA’s data capabilities as a part of the business transformation team and has primary responsibility for the evolution, execution and oversight of the firm’s data strategy. Prior to OHA, Mr. Santhanam worked as the Data Governance, Strategy and FinOps Lead at Gemini, a cryptocurrency exchange. Previously, he was at Ernst & Young for 14 years as a Data & Analytics Senior Manager serving clients across the wealth and asset management industry. Mr. Santhanam earned a Masters in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Management Studies from Birla Institute of Technology.
