Investment Team

Charles Quay serves as an investment professional with a primary focus on commercial real estate. Prior to joining OHA, Mr. Quay worked at Silver Point Capital where he was responsible for commercial real estate debt and equity investments. Previously, he worked at Realty Finance Trust, the high-yield mortgage REIT subsidiary of AR Global, as an originations and underwriting associate after beginning his career in property acquisitions at Realty Income. Mr. Quay earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management, cum laude, from Cornell University.
