California Consumer Privacy Act Request Form

If you wish to submit a request to exercise rights as a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), please use this form. Please note that requests will be processed only for California residents. Data we hold about Californians in their capacity as individual investors or clients is exempt from the CCPA and protected by different laws, and they should not use this form to make requests relating to that data.  Additional information may be required from you once you have made the submission.  We may email a request for this information or additional clarification. In addition, if you are an Authorized Agent (or if you are a California resident who would like to appoint an Authorized Agent) and making a request on someone’s behalf, in addition to submitting the form, please upload evidence of Authorized Agent authorization.
