John Bumgarner serves as a legal professional focusing on the structured products sector. Prior to joining OHA, Mr. Bumgarner served as a Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Securitized Products Group and as an associate at Dechert LLP focused on structured finance transactions, including broadly syndicated and middle market CLOs. He earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.S in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
