Goran V. Puljic Managing Director & Co-Head of Structured Products
Goran V. Puljic shares primary responsibility directing Oak Hill Advisors' structured finance investment and trading. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Puljic was a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Private Equity for six years, where he was head of the Structured Credit Investment Group. The group managed approximately $2 billion in assets, through both third party fund vehicles as well as proprietary capital, primarily in CLO equity and debt securities. He previously worked as a Managing Director of Goldman Sachs for nine years and had senior roles in both interest rate and credit derivatives. Within that time, Mr. Puljic spent two years in Frankfurt, leading Goldman's German Fixed-Income Division. He began his career at Morgan Stanley and has spent his entire career working in the fixed income markets in trading, structuring and marketing roles. Mr. Puljic holds a B.A., cum laude, from Columbia University.
